Shipping Policy
Delivery.
Free shipping over 120 EUR in the Netherlands. Shipping cost for orders under 120 EUR is 8 EUR.
Free shipping over 200 EUR in the EU. Shipping cost for orders under 200 EUR is 20 EUR.
Delivery Areas. Currently we delivery wines sold on our Flash Sale Weeks within the EU.
Delivery Policy
You must be at least 18 years old at the moment of ordering our wines. Your age will be checked during delivery, proof of ID will be required.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return. After you have canceled the order you have fourteen (14) days to return the package to us. We do not cover the delivery costs for returns.
Packaging. The wines must be returned in the original packaging and in accordance with our instructions. You are responsible for any damage to the package during return.
Burden of proof. As a consumer, you also bear the burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of your right of withdrawal.
Cost. The costs for returning the order are fully for your account.
Refund. You have 14 days to return the wines in original packaging, sealed and intact.
Once we have received the package, we will refund you the full costs via the same payment method that you used to place the order.
The shipping cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for wines damage during their return.
