About the event

We often associate sparkling wines with Champagne, but the reality is that the world of high quality bubbles is so much broader than one famous region! Did you know that traditional method (Méthode Champenoise) wines are made all over the world? In fact, they’re made of grapes traditional to their regions, which makes it even more exciting to explore the unusual flavours and aromas!

But there’s even more than that! Sparkling wines can be done using many winemaking techniques. Ancestral method, Pet-Nats, Charmat method… What wines do these techniques remind you? Let’s explore the diversity of the world of sparkling wines and taste 6 wines made using different native grapes and different winemaking techniques.

At the end, what’s better on a summer evening than 6 bottles of fizz?

The event takes place at the Eleanor Wine Academy. For the occasion, the standard classroom setting is revolutionised into a cozy tasting room to facilitate the interactions between the participants. Snacks and cheese will be provided!

Limited places: only 18 tickets available!
